Bad news! The doctor is calling for USMLE application!

When a doctor comes calling - it's not always bad news.

When was the last time you looked forward to a doctor's call? Well, I will tell you what; I was! I received this message from Shrea on Facebook. She had put in her request for a headshot session on the site. This seemed more like a 911 to me.

Shrea was applying for a very competitive residency spot as a Pediatrician in USA and was in desperate search for a professional headshot photographer who could make her look her best on the image for the USMLE application

The USMLE - United States Medical Licensing Examination, has about 4000 odd applicants from which about a 1200 or so make the cut. Turns out that the USMLE application has a strict guideline that needs to be met.

After having poured over the guideline I was confident that I could deliver above and beyond what was required. With my continued learning on mastering my professional headshot photography skills with my headshotcrew this seemed more like a walk in the park.

We got hacking at it and in no time we were in the right direction for the appropriate headshot for Shrea.

It is always good to get a curveball every once in a while. The guidelines for the USMEL application was pretty stringent but nothing that I could not nail! So here's wishing Shrea a super successful interview and I sure do hope she nails that USMLE residency spot!
